Journey Together Party

The Jones' approached me several months ago to photography their party to celebrate not only their anniversary, but a simultaneous family event as well. They wanted to celebrate the love and beauty of being part of a family and sticking it through to the end. Karen was presenting a ring to her sister as a personal gift that had much emotional meaning. Karen and Ron are amazing people and their story is such a beautiful one.... I was so honored to be a part of their day.

Tamsyn & Jeremy

So it has been forever since I have updated the blog. This means I am super busy which is not a bad thing:) Starting with Tamsyn & Jeremy's wedding- March 6, 2010- on the beautiful Southern Belle. This very fun, funny, and seriously sweet couple decided to tie the knot on a gorgeous Saturday evening in March. We spent all day on a shooting extravaganza just having a blast, and ended with a wonderful wedding that included a dog as the ringbearer!

Matt & Mary's Wedding

The Givens had such a beautiful wedding. It is always a fantastic time when I get to shoot at my church, St. Jude. They managed to transform the reception hall at the church into a beautiful wedding reception. The gusts had so much fun as was evidenced by the photos:)

The Grandkids

This family came into the studio to do portraits for the their grandmother's birthday. We worked hard (a session with an 18 month old usually consists of running after them) and got some awesome shots. We had a very happy family when they viewed the finished photos. What a great experience!

The K. Family

What a fun studio session. The kids were so funny during that there were moments where I needed to be taking pictures, but instead was laughing. Baby S. and Kiddo R. were great sports for their parents.... Thank you K. Family!
