John + Gemma

John and Gemma were such a cool couple. We had such a great time during their engagement session that I couldn't wait 'til their wedding day. We started out at Bella Salon in Dalton, GA. Gemma and I wondered the streets of historic downtown taking photos. She looked beautiful and took many fun shots. The wedding was at St. Joseph's (the grounds are gorgeous) and the reception at the Northwest Georgia Trade & Convention Center (they did an amazing job). Congratulations guys... you put on a beautiful day!

Texture

Lately I have been really interested in textures in photographs, so I decided to experiment a bit. I used a past engagement session that I thought would have the perfect feel for my attempt. I love the result. It adds this fantastic depth to the photo and just looks great (of course, this is just my opinion). I would love to do more with textures in the future and can't wait!

Wedding Video of the Year (IMO)

This made me smile ear to ear and I couldn't resist sharing! I would love to have been the photographer at this wedding!!!
